Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy

The user is responsible for all prompts, uploads, settings, generated outputs, edits, publication, distribution, and commercial use.

Do not use Omnipix to create, request, upload, publish, sell, or distribute illegal content; child sexual abuse material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate or exploitative content; terrorist or extremist content; harassment; doxxing; threats; fraud; phishing; malware; scams; unlawful discrimination; or content that violates sanctions or export controls.

Do not use Omnipix to impersonate people, create deceptive synthetic media, mislead voters or consumers, fabricate evidence, evade detection, bypass safety systems, or misrepresent AI-generated content as verified reality where that would be unlawful or harmful.

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, trade secret, or other rights. Users must obtain rights and consent for faces, voices, avatars, identities, brand assets, private locations, and third-party media.

Omnipix may block prompts, refuse jobs, remove public content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, report abuse, or cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement may be imperfect and does not create a duty to monitor every output.

Outputs may resemble existing works, people, marks, or styles by chance or because of user input. Omnipix does not grant third-party rights and does not guarantee that any output is unique, registrable, licensable, or safe for commercial use.
