Terms of Service

**Service and account.** Omnipix provides AI-assisted media tools, generation workflows, storage and sharing functionality. An account is authenticated through an available external provider. The user must expressly accept the standalone personal-data consent before authentication. The service displays the email prefix and a generated letter badge instead of a stored profile name or photograph. The user is responsible for protecting access to the chosen authentication provider.

**Third-party infrastructure and AI.** The service depends on third-party models, storage, authentication and infrastructure. It may change, fail, refuse, delay or moderate a request and may produce unexpected results. AI outputs are provided as generated, without a promise of accuracy, lawfulness, originality, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for purpose, commercial suitability or acceptance by any platform or authority.

**User responsibility.** The user is responsible for prompts, uploads, settings, outputs, publication, commercial use, rights clearance, consent and compliance with applicable law. The user must inspect outputs before relying on them and must not treat them as legal, medical, financial, safety or factual advice. Prohibited uses are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

**Credits and payments.** Credits are a limited digital service balance used for generation workflows. Prices, currency and included credits are shown before payment. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, credits have no cash value and are not transferable. If credits are deducted for a generation that fails to produce a deliverable output, the intended remedy is re-crediting the account or providing equivalent service credit. Subjective dissatisfaction, an unsuitable prompt, unexpected style or third-party rejection does not itself create a refund right.

**Sharing and public gallery.** When the user opens the Share menu for an output, chooses Public gallery or Copy link, or selects an external sharing destination, Omnipix may automatically publish that selected output to the public gallery without a separate per-output confirmation. The media, prompt or text, model and basic generation metadata then become publicly accessible and may be viewed, downloaded, imported, re-shared, cached or indexed. Unpublishing removes Omnipix access but cannot retract existing copies, imports, third-party posts, caches or indexes. The publishing user remains responsible for all necessary intellectual-property, privacy, likeness, voice and confidentiality rights.

**Referral features.** Where enabled, referral or promotional codes may grant service credits or calculate rewards under the displayed programme conditions. They are not money, wages, a deposit or a guaranteed income. Abuse, self-referral, fraud, chargebacks and reversed transactions may invalidate benefits. Specific influencer payout terms shown in the applicable programme supplement govern cash commissions, if any.

**Suspension and termination.** Omnipix may restrict content or suspend an account for abuse, security risk, payment fraud or legal necessity. The user may delete the account or withdraw personal-data consent in settings; both actions delete ordinary account data and incomplete payment orders while mandatory completed-payment records remain for their legal retention period.

**Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnipix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reputational, data-loss, lost-profit or third-party claims. Nothing excludes liability or consumer, privacy or payment rights that cannot legally be excluded.
