Consent to Personal Data Processing

I freely, by my own will and in my interest, consent to TBD (registration number 00000000, tax/VAT ID 000000000; the Operator) processing my personal data on the terms below.

**Data and data subjects.** This consent applies to users of Omnipix. The Operator processes the email address supplied by the authentication provider selected by the user. The Operator also uses opaque internal and provider identifiers that do not themselves describe the user. VK or another provider may technically return a name, surname, profile image, gender, date of birth or other profile fields even though Omnipix does not request them. Omnipix ignores and immediately discards those fields; they are not mapped to the account, logged, stored or used.

**Purposes.** The email address is processed to authenticate the user and maintain the account; delimit access to the user's content; conduct settlements and keep payment records; and send legally required electronic fiscal receipts.

**Operations and method.** Processing may include collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating or alteration, retrieval, use, provision or access where required for the stated purposes, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, including transmission over the Internet and the Operator's internal network. Account data is stored at idk, US. No cross-border transfer is performed.

**Recipients for receipts.** Before payment, the user supplies the account email as the address for the electronic fiscal receipt and requests delivery there. For that limited purpose the Operator may provide the email address to TBD, a fiscalisation provider or fiscal data operator (OFD), and other parties strictly required to issue and deliver the receipt.

**Term and withdrawal.** This consent applies from acceptance until the account is deleted or consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal is available in account settings and results in account deletion because Omnipix cannot provide an authenticated account without processing its email. Ordinary account data and incomplete payment orders are deleted. Records of completed payments and the receipt email may be detached from the account and retained until 31 December of the fifth calendar year following payment, or longer only where mandatory law requires it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed or retention required by law.
