FAQ

Is the whole workflow actually free?

Yes. An account can create, edit, save, and export within the daily Free limit without a credit card, subscription, or credits. On-demand and Priority are optional pay-as-you-go export modes.

What happens if a paid render fails?

Reserved credits are returned automatically. A failed Free export also restores its daily slot.

How fast will rendering start?

Free export is subject to available capacity and may be paused. On-demand and Priority use separate capacity; Priority has the highest service priority, but no mode guarantees a start or completion time.
